PowerLane Salons

Come for the power. Stay for the company.

Some of the most important conversations women have don’t happen in boardrooms or offices. They happen in living rooms. Around kitchen tables. In quaint coffee shops and cozy corners of places that feel just right. Over a glass of wine with someone you just met or someone you’ve known for years. In the kind of room where nobody’s performing, everybody’s present, and something real is said.

That’s a PowerLane Salon.

It’s an intimate gathering — in person or virtual — where women come together around a single question, quote, or theme to share honestly, listen deeply, and connect in ways that matter.

No agenda. No hierarchy. No performance required.

Just a room of women showing up exactly as we are — and discovering, as women always do when given real space, that we have far more in common than we ever expected.

Each Salon opens with a quote — a single line or idea that serves as a doorway. When you walk through it, and what you find on the other side, is entirely your own. That’s the magic: the same words land differently for every woman, depending on where you are in life right now. And what’s discovered as everyone walks through? That’s where the real insight lives.

What You’ll Find Here

PowerLane Salons are gatherings for women who want to:

  • Feel like you belong, exactly as you are

  • Share honestly without editing yourself

  • Connect with other women across different experiences and walks of life

  • Find yourself in someone else’s story

  • Leave with more clarity, more energy, and at least one thought you didn’t walk in with

Light food, drink, and a relaxed setting are part of the picture. Because comfort isn’t a luxury, it’s where real conversation starts.

Host Your Own

The PowerLane Salon model is designed to travel.

If you have a group of women — friends, colleagues, neighbors, strangers who are about to become friends — you can host a Salon of your own. We’ll give you everything you need: the monthly quote, a simple hosting guide, and the PowerLane Salon community to connect with hosts around the world.

Because the best thing about a room of women being fully themselves? It multiplies. Every Salon that opens somewhere new is one more place in the world where women belong.

Interested in hosting? Get in touch.

Between Salons, the PowerLane voice keeps going, through reflections and posts that explore related topics and themes. Think of it as the conversation that continues after everyone goes home.

Coming soon.

Since PowerLane is rooted in the Inspiring Girls Experience, sharing that past writing seems appropriate – and fun! It started with an IGE blog, evolved to the SASI blog, and landed with the Vuggy blog, linked above. My writing has been less public since, but hope you enjoy these blasts from the past! I’d love to hear what resonates with you.
