Some of the most important conversations women have don’t happen in boardrooms or offices. They happen in living rooms. Around kitchen tables. In quaint coffee shops and cozy corners of places that feel just right. On a walk. A hike. Over a glass of wine with someone you just met or people you’ve known for years. In the kind of room where nobody’s performing, everybody’s present, and something real is said.
That’s a PowerLane Salon.
It’s an intimate gathering — in person or virtual — where women come together around a question, quote, or theme to share honestly, listen deeply, and connect in ways that matter.
No agenda. No hierarchy. No performance required.
Just a room of women showing up exactly as we are — and discovering, as women seem to do when given real space, that we have far more in common than we ever expected.
Each Salon opens with a thought - a quote, idea, or theme that serves as a doorway. What you find on the other side is entirely your own. That’s the magic: the same words land differently for every woman, depending on where you are in life right now. And what’s discovered as everyone walks through? That’s where the real insight lives.
PowerLane Salons are gatherings for women who want to:

Light food, drink, and a relaxed setting are typically part of the picture, though your Salon may take place in any location or setting you choose.
Host Your Own
PowerLane Salons are for anyone who wants to start one.
If you have a group of women — friends, colleagues, neighbors, strangers who are about to become friends — you can host a Salon of your own. We’ll give you a simple hosting guide and share an opening thought/quote each month. As Salons grow, you’ll have access the Salon community so you can connect with hosts around the world if you choose.
Salons happen because one of the best things about a room of women being fully themselves is that the energy multiplies. Every Salon that starts somewhere new is one more place where women belong.

Since PowerLane is rooted in the Inspiring Girls Experience, sharing that past writing seems appropriate – and fun!
