Through conversation, story, community, and a rigorous practice for exploring how power actually moves, PowerLane connects Shapers to ignite personal and collective power – investing it to sculpt lives, systems, and futures.

Where It Started
The seed for PowerLane was planted way back in 2009 over a glass of wine with a close friend while my two-year-old daughter played nearby. We were brainstorming an entrepreneurial venture and our conversation turned to how women wear multiple hats and rarely have trusted space to gather without performing. My friend’s warm nudge to create such a space led me to start the Inspiring Girls Experience, which evolved into SASI, the Women’s Influence Network, and now PowerLane: a creative legacy studio where Shapers - especially women - explore, practice, and invest their power with clarity, intention, and care.

Hello and welcome to PowerLane. As an innovator, connector, and women’s leadership champion, I’ve spent nearly three decades working across healthcare, higher education, government, non-profit and private industry, building programs, partnerships, and ecosystems that open doors and create new pathways for meaningful impact.
I approach issues through a deeply human lens and with a global mindset. I believe in the power of creativity, connection, and heart-based leadership, and I’m continually drawn to spaces where ideas, relationships, and courage come together to launch something important. A serial founder by nature and practice, my work is shaped by one recurring instinct: to recognize emerging possibility, gather the right people, and create the conditions for both to thrive.
From my professional roles to the Inspiring Girls Experience and SASI, to WIN and now PowerLane, each chapter of my journey has shaped the next. PowerLane is the current evolution — a creative legacy studio where women and other Shapers explore, practice, and invest their power with clarity, intention, and care. It is grounded in both lived experience and research that affirm what I have seen again and again: women’s authentic power is needed in every setting, and when it is freely expressed, fully realized, and collectively embraced, it shapes our lives, systems, and futures for the better.
